the project name is what so surprising!, and is located in bangjo area, known as the peaceful area, as well as offering a magnificent view. it is also surrounded by mountains. and forest the area is also accessible everywhere and close to bang maruan river park where i usually go exercising and leisure in the evening. also, it is close to blue tree, the large water park, and a newly opened robinson lifestyle thalang. besides, the project provides a communal garden area, cafe, meeting room, yoga room, sauna, and many other facilities. and the villa ranges from 2-4 bedrooms. in general, it’s a nice place with beautiful rooftop garden and private pool, while also worth investing and ideal for large and small families.

this project is a new development from wallaya villas. from what i have seen on the project website, i can say that the concept is amazing. the villas are designed in a modern minimalist style blending traditional thai. it looks so beautiful. as for the living area, it is allocated quite wide for the whole family to live comfortably. the living area is 377 square meters, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a swimming pool. the project is located in a quite deep alley. the atmosphere is quite peaceful and close to nature. but in the nearby area, there is a complete range of amenities, as well as the blue tree is only 2 kilometers away.

we lived at easy villa 2 for five years and as a couple, we enjoyed our time there. the owners are kind and responsive to any needs or repairs required. the villa is modern and having a quiet, private garden area with a pool is bliss. the villa is located in a popular area in the north part of phuket, so it is easy to drive to the beach, restaurants, or shops. the security guards and neighbours are nice and helpful as well.

the villa is uniquely designed in a distinctive thai style yet modern and shady. it is a 2-storey villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool and a private garden. the atmosphere is quiet, with only 6 villas, suitable for families who want privacy. traveling anywhere is convenient as it is close to blue tree water park and boat avenue, cherng talay. also the neighborhood is completed with shopping centers and restaurants.

form spec that i see the villa build up from many quality components and materials such as gaf (usa) roof, siemens (german) switch, philip (japan) light bulb and more. this villa is unique and different which i think the price will rise up in the future as it is limited. it is quite a private residence project because the total unit is only 13 units if compare to other project that has 20-30 units in the project. thanks all the staffs for warm welcome during the the project site visiting.
