one of the best locations in phuket. it has the golg course in front of the house. it is near shopping and hospitals. it has restaurants and bars nearby. and is located in the middle of the island, so you reach every corner of the island in acceptable time. patong is 15 minutes away, the airport 40 minutes. and not that many tourists in this area too.

this luxury villa is beautiful. the atmosphere is very pleasant to live in, quiet with a tranquil view. the villa has modern decoration and the necessary equipment. there is a spacious european kitchen consisting of a refrigerator, a microwave, and an oven. the villa is very clean and comes with a private pool and parking. the owner is friendly. convenient location, easy access to anywhere. it's not far from patong beach, and it's very easy to find food and restaurants. it's fantastic!

if you are looking for an affordable villa which can accommodate many people, i will recommend it here. i used to stay here several times. the price is not high, and it is very quality. there are 3 bedrooms fully furnished. there is a private pool, a bbq grilled area, and relaxing spots to rest or enjoy activities comfortably, either with your family or friends.

the home is modern, well-designed, and comfortable to live in. the project is surrounded by a shady atmosphere, there are several large trees. the three-bedroom townhouse has two floors. the house has a decent size for a small family with a single parking space. the people who live here are nice and friendly. it is convenient in terms of location. patong is only about 10-15 minutes away from the prince of songkla university, phuket campus.

like other general condo, the project is located in the city center near qsi international school, so i can easily commute to work. the neighborhood is full of malls, restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. on my day off, i usually ride a bike to patong beach, which is 15 minutes away, or other beaches nearby. the room is okay, and the bedroom is proportionally divided. there is a small kitchen for an easy meal and built-in furniture. i've got a fair rental price, but that depends on the room owner as well.

i bought a studio room in this condo, and i think it is worth investing. i got it at a very good deal and expected that the price would be higher in the future. so far, i bought to rent it out as they guarantee an 8% rental income for 5 years, and there are also many other benefits you will get from this property. inside the room is divided into good proportions with furniture provided. the materials used to decorate the rooms are quite good, overlooking the mountains and the city views. there are full facilities, including the large swimming pool, gym, restaurant, bar, receptions for 24 hours. oh, there is room service and the shuttle bus to the beaches as well. about the location, it is good here. it is quite close to many facilities such as prince of songkla university, and central festival phuket is just 10 minutes drive away.

this village is tranquil. the project site is spacious surrounded by lush green nature. the villa comprises a private pool, and there are as many as 4 bedrooms, ideal for the family. we bought a resale villa, which is okay as a spacious living area, quality, and usable furniture. besides, it is close to restaurants and convenience stores, very convenient to go everywhere.

i like this location as it’s in a peaceful area. behind the house, there is a stunning mountain view. this place isn’t far from phuket town as it takes only 15 mins drive. my house is a spacious 2-story detached house with three bedrooms and four bathrooms; it also comes fully-furnished. also, the house has enough space for our dogs to run around. the rental fee is reasonable, very worthwhile.
