luxury project from sansiri, a well-known thai developer in the heart of phuket town. located in between two hospitals bangkok hospital and vachira hospital, surrounded by thai and western restaurants, grocery stores, and chillva night market, the residence offers modern urban living to its tenants or owners. the residence features 2 nice pools ( one rooftop ), a well-equipped fitness room, and a library for meeting friends. the condo has decent size and is enough to live alone or for one couple.

the atmosphere is pleasant to live in as it is shady and quiet. the village is a small project with thorough security. the neighbors here are also lovely. most of them are thai people from other provinces moving to live in phuket. the house has 3 stories with a rooftop and 3 bedrooms in a modern design. the usable area is perfect for a small family. the location is great, located in the city, close to saphan hin public park, robinson department store, and phuket grocery. there is a big supermarket for cheap products, including many other shops inside. in this neighborhood, there are many food choices to choose from. i’ve never get bored.

a peaceful project as the neighbors are not chaotic. our house has 2 stories with 3 bedrooms. inside, the house is durable without any cracks. i didn't buy it with furniture, so i had to manage to get it myself. so far, i'm fine with everything, except for the project's road, which should be improved a bit, as it is still a concrete road and quite dirty. the project is near bangkok hospital, we cafe at samkong branch, and many famous restaurants. tesco lotus, and big c. plus, central festival phuket is not distant.

the condo is beautifully designed and shows the identity of phuket. i stayed here last year, and this year, i chose to stay with the same renter again because she offers a pretty good deal. also, we are familiar with the place and the journey, but this time, i choose to stay in 2 bedrooms, the size is considerably larger than 1 bedroom. and one more thing, we bring our child along, so i will need a larger space. overall, it is good, as usual. the room comes with complete furniture. the service staff is available to help. the swimming pool is the highlight because you can see the mountains and phuket town, what a stunning view. and as expected, my daughter likes swimming so much. the common area is clean; the location is perfect for finding shops and restaurants. it's near the chiva market for central phuket; it is only a 10-minute drive. i recommend this place if anyone comes to stay in phuket.

my daughter and i were interested in the phuket avenue condominium because it is located in a good location, so i decided to check it out. the condominium project is located in the heart of phuket, not too far from the school where my daughter studies. just 10 minutes drive to central festival phuket. this condo has 7 floors and i chose to stay on the 4th floor. the room is well divided into a living area, a bedroom with a partition, a kitchen and a bathroom. for me, the room is not too cramped or small, suitable for 2 people. it comes with a full set of furniture. my daughter and i love this room so much! the project comes with many facilities such as a swimming pool, parking space, cctv and 24-hour security system. the most impressive thing is the reception with professional staff; they give really useful information. overall, i love it so much!

the condo location is in the heart of the city. it's only a few minutes walk to limelight avenue phuket, which has great restaurants, shops, and bars. in addition, phuket old town is only a few miles away and can be reached on foot. it appeals to me because there are various excellent coffee shops. the project here is pleasant to live in and has a relaxing environment. the mountain view is also accessible from the room's balcony, very comfortable. there is a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and free wi-fi. the staff is super polite and good english. they can help me to book a taxi. the neighbors here are of working age or teenagers. it's a lot of fun here.

my friend and i were looking for a condo to stay in during our internship and found this place. this condo is very modern, and the staff is very helpful. our two-bedroom unit is very spacious and has a large balcony with a nice view of the city and the sea. the room comes with good quality and durable furniture. i think the built-in kitchen is quite small, but it was ok for us as we were always eating outside. the condo provides great facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, relaxing and reading corner, etc. it also has a security guard 24 hours a day. there are many other amenities nearby, such as limelight avenue phuket, tesco lotus extra mall phuket, phuket town central market. the project is located in the heart of phuket town, and i want to recommend it to anyone looking for a new affordable condo.

stayed here for a year during our foray into life in phuket. we appreciated being able to find a clean, affordable and comfortable space right in the middle of phuket town (just around the corner from the limelight avenue mall). the building is very well-maintained with good security and amenities. bit of a hotel-feel in the hallways. room had a small balcony which was pretty nice to look out over on thai new year's.

the project's layout really surprised me. it's well-organized and spacious. there are amenities available, including a swimming pool, fitness center, lobby, playground, and a large parking lot. since moving into the project, i haven't had an issue with a lack of parking spaces. most of the neighbors here are officers and some students, and they are lovely and friendly. the location is located in the heart of the city. phuket wittayalai school and satree phuket school are both nearby. many services surround the project's area include vachira phuket hospital and restaurants, which are only a few hundred meters away. the main thing is that the rental price is very affordable.

i bought the house since it's newly completed. i bought it here because its location is in the sam kong area near bangkok hospital within walking distance. it's also close to tesco lotus, big c, and not far from central festival shopping mall. the house i bought is a 2 story house with interior materials that are strong and durable. there is also a security guard, the neighbors are not bothering, and the price is inexpensive, worth it!
