i've been in this condo for 3 years. the condo was built almost 15 years ago, but it doesn't look that old. the room i rented is a 2 bedroom unit; nothing has decayed, well proportioned, and tastefully decorated. i do like the clubhouse, which includes various amenities, separated for privacy in the residential building, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, badminton court, sauna, library, etc. you can comfortably unwind. besides, the project is not far from union mall and chatuchak weekend market. and you can travel conveniently by saphan khwai bts and kamphaeng phet mrt, which are not far from the project.

a brand new condo sets in the heart of soi ari. it's in a great location, surrounded by amenities, whether it is both shops, restaurants, and many famous cafes. the journey is convenient, with many routes accessible, and ideal for using private vehicles and bts since it is 800 meters close to ari bts station. what's more, you can connect to everywhere via motorbike and taxi services. the condo is also ideal for those who value their privacy because there are few neighbors since there are only 39 residential units. the room is quite large, and the common area is completely serviced. it's well worth it.

i've been renting in this condo for a while now. overall, it's pretty ok. the room i stayed in is a 1 -bedroom unit, larger than a typical condo, and well-divided. the decoration is unique. there is an earth tone color that looks easy on the eyes. another thing is that the corridor is a single corridor giving privacy. the facilities are complete with a swimming pool and fitness center that are always well maintained. the only drawback found is that although it is near saphan khwai bts, it is still not considered a walking distance, so you may have to take a taxi. it is not a big deal for me since i have my car. it is also not far from chatuchak market, central ladprao, and union mall. i would say this condo is perfect!

it's an interesting condo within the phayathai area, which is surrounded by several public facilities. when i was looking for a condo, i came across this condo in the ads. i was so interested in this condo, but i want to see the mock-up room first. since it's an off-plan project, i can just only do some part of the project. as for the room, it comes with a beautiful design and high-quality furniture. plus, the room is divided into precise proportions, which is so impressive. the location is superb as it is close to department stores, convenience stores, sanam pao bts, and main roads. overall, this project is suitable for living and investment.

i decided to buy a room in this condo because i enjoyed the calm atmosphere while having access to all of the project's facilities, whether it's in the common areas. there are no worries about the security system. i always feel at ease when i stay here. furthermore, the 1-bedroom unit i bought was very spacious and well-designed. it is also convenient to travel because it is close to ari bts, the expressway, and numerous shopping malls.

everything here makes me glad to live in thailand. i've stayed for nearly 9 months. it was a fantastic place for me. in addition, the project is in an excellent location, one of the business districts in bangkok. also, the project is easily accessible by car. if you want to travel around bangkok, it is located between saphan khwai bts and ari bts stations. the project is luxurious and beautiful. it is a high-rise condo with over 50 floors. the staff is also friendly and helpful. the common areas are well-kept and clean, and the swimming pool is stunning. anyway, not many farangs are staying here, but it will make your life easier if you learn some thai vocabulary. and if i have more opportunities, i will undoubtedly return to stay here.

the condo is ready to move in, on pradipat road. the entrance is located at the beginning of soi pradiphat 23. the location is bustling but convenient. there is a 7-eleven nearby within walking distance. the project is surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and facilities. the project is close to saphan khwai bts, only 500 meters away. it is easy to walk to the station because there is a wide sidewalk along the way. furthermore, the project has many types of units. the size starts from 28–48 sq.m. i rent a 1-bedroom loft-style unit. the room is extremely large, and the ceiling is quite high, making me feel comfortable living here. most importantly, the project is full of facilities. there are swimming pools, fitness centers, gardens, and the security guard is always on duty.

the luxury condo in the sam saen area, close to saphan khwai bts station, made my life in bangkok easier. the project is modern, decorated with beautiful standard quality furniture. there are 4 room types available, suitable for all lifestyles. i personally stay alone, so i decided to choose a 1 bedroom unit which is a perfect size. the common area includes many facilities such as a communal gym with fully equipped exercise equipment, bbq grilled area, communal pool, and sauna rooms to serve the residents. besides, the project is situated in a potential location, surrounded by department stores, shopping centers such as big c saphan khwai, central plaza ladprao, one union mall, and chatuchak weekend market. there are also famous hospitals surrounded, whether rajavithi hospital, paolo memorial hospital, phyathai 2 international hospital. importantly, the condo rental price is reasonable. overall, i'm satisfied with this place.
