it is a 17-storey condo near the community and various restaurants convenient to get around and not far from the expressway. however, if taking the train, a taxi is required because the sutthisan mrt station is a kilometer away. as for the room i live in, it's a 1 bedroom unit. the room is spacious and well-allocated. anyway, it's the project's common area that has me the most impressed. i think the project gave a bit too much, but it's a good thing. the miti motion room on the 4th floor and the rooftop common areas are my favorite features. the atmosphere on the rooftop is very good in the evening. you can see the beautiful sky because there are no obstructed tall buildings.

this is a new condo project on soi ratchadaphisek 3, next to the chinese embassy, easy to find the entrance. it is also near fortune town, lotus fortune town, central rama 9, and other shopping malls, shops, and restaurants. the project is ideal for those who love a minimalist decorating style. the design is beautiful. there is a swimming pool, a fitness center, an outdoor mini-theater, and car parks available for the residents, but each area is quite small, and parking is highly insufficient for every unit. this condo is suitable for anyone who uses public transportation because the project includes a shuttle bus service to the mrt station. the room is well-designed and functional, but it can only accommodate 1-2 people.

i was very impressed with this condo since, at first sight. it's stunning and luxurious, giving a 5-star resort atmosphere. there is a lot of green space and a beautiful garden with lovely decorations. i also like the project's facilities. the fitness center is quite large. there are 2 pools, one of them is a lab swimming pool that has a length of 50 meters, perfect for gym lovers. the room is fully furnished with standard materials and uses the key card for access. the balcony is great, spacious enough for balcony gardening. the location is excellent, located in an alley next to the chinese embassy, easy access to public transportation, and central rama 9 is only about 1 km away.

i had a chance to view the mock-up unit of this condo and thinking of buying a one-bedroom unit. overall, i like it since it looks so luxurious. as for the 1 bedroom unit, it may be somewhat compact, but the proportion is good, so it is not a big deal for me. plus, the room is partly furnished, and there are complete facilities like a mini-theater, garden, fitness center, swimming pool. most importantly, you can use the facilities of other xt projects as well. as far as i know, there are xt ekamai and xt phayathai. in terms of location, this is very good since it is within a few mins away from huai khwang mrt. other than that, there are restaurants and convenience stores in the area, which is very convenient. after knowing all of this information, i can honestly say that i decided to buy the room without hesitation.

the project is in an excellent location. it meets the needs of living a lot. the surrounding area is surrounded by complete facilities, which is close to the office and fortune town. there are numerous restaurants to choose from. traveling is also convenient for people who do not want to use a private car, like me. the condo is only a 5-minute walk from the phra ram 9 mrt station. for me, this project is considered perfect and luxurious, providing fully functional facilities, such as a swimming pool, a fitness room, a yoga room, a garden, and many other amenities. what i like best is the design of a two-story loft. it's cutting-edge. the décor and materials used are of high quality. the interior is clearly divided into different zones, each with its own set of functions. unfortunately, the bedroom and the bathroom are on different floors, which i think is inconvenient.

it's a great condo on ratchadaphisek road, which is convenient because it is near huai khwang mrt station, huai khwang intersection and major department stores. this condo meets the needs of living quite well. the project is filled with many facilities such as the swimming pool, the sauna, the fitness center, the garden area, etc. there is a strict security system in place. also, the room i stayed in was a one-bedroom unit with plenty of space, and was beautifully decorated with high-quality materials. i was very impressed.
