it is a very good condo located next to paseo and lat phrao road, making my life comfortable. it is also close to suvarnabhumi airport, so traveling abroad or in the country is easy. my favorite part is the common areas having trees and a green garden. it's very shady and clean. the swimming pool is oversized, and the fitness room is huge. the room that we bought is a one-bedroom unit. the room is fully furnished and has a beautiful view. it's worth the price. recommended!

it is in a very convenient location. opposite the project, there is a market and restaurants. more importantly, it is very close to suvarnabhumi airport. most of the neighbors living here are flight attendants, stewards, and working-age residents, making the atmosphere quiet and less crowded. in the room, there has a small kitchen corner for cooking simple dishes. the common area is complete with a gym, a swimming pool, and parking. but the parking lot here is a bit inadequate considering the number of units. overall, it's a nice project and convenient to travel too.

i accidentally found this condo as i was at suvarnabhumi airport to see my friend off, and i needed a place to stay near the airport because i had to travel to another province. when i first arrived at this condo, i was surprised as it is a splendid condo. the location is tranquil and surrounded by shops, convenience stores, and shopping malls. the common area also features a communal pool, car parking, elevators, garden, bbq grilled area, and 24-hour security system. the guards are lovely, and they always help me by recommending places to visit. i love the communal garden because i could spend my leisure time and enjoy the tranquil nature. the staff is also lovely and always helped me. in general, i love it and was impressed by all the staff here. i’d recommend this condo for those who are looking for it. i’m guaranteed that it is very pleasant.

a detached house has been beautifully designed. i knew that it was planned in modern oriental style, which looks very unique. the project is surrounded by several large trees that make the atmosphere shady. the house i bought is an eastella house, and it is large enough to meet my needs with excellent layout proportions. the project is close to the bangkok-chon buri new line motorway, suvarnabhumi airport, and lat krabang arl, making it easier to travel into the city and other provinces. plus, there are department stores, markets, hospitals, and educational institutions. if you ask me, i would recommend this project to those looking for a house in the suburbs that is still comfortable to live in.

i bought a townhome here. the house has enough living space that perfectly fits my lifestyle. the reason i bought it is because the project is located in the center of many amenities. it also has convenient transportation and is close to shopping centers and easy to find something to eat. plus, there are many facilities within the project, such as the swimming pool, the fitness center and many others. as for the security system, it's strict and safe. overall, it's a good townhome, very suitable for living in the heart of the city comfortably.

i moved into this project a year ago. i can say that buying a house in this project is very worthwhile. the house is extremely attractive and well-designed. it has plenty of space and high-quality materials. and the most impressive thing is that there are a lot of facilities in the common area. the garden by the lake is, without a doubt, my favorite. it is easy to connect to many major roads. plus, lat krabang arl station is not far from the expressway entrance. this project is fantastic.
