i lived here for 5 years and enjoyed the space, peace and tranquillity. maintenance was always on hand to change a light bulb or fix bathrooms and the pool area is superb. the apartments are spacious and i had a balcony that was great for sitting out on for a coffee or glass of wine in the evening. the management fee is also very reasonable compared to newer blocks. highly recommend.

the apartments with balconies overlooking the river on the quiet side are the ones to go for. avoid the ones on the other side. high quality materials were used in this building and is it quiet, peaceful and really convenient for everything on this side of the river with icon siam, villa supermarket, loads of shops and a ferry boat and bts station. great river views. owned for three years here. only gripe i have is with owners who illegally rent on airbnb but they are reported and fined by management when caught.

the project is located in a prime location with convenient transport, whether by public transport or by car. the condo is next to krung thon buri bts, and you can travel to the sathon and wongwian yai areas within a few minutes. there are complete facilities, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a park, and plenty of parking for residents. the atmosphere is also relaxing. the rooms are easy to buy and resell. i bought a resale unit at a reasonable price, and it is definitely worth it.

a high-end condominium located next to the chao phraya river, everything is perfect, such as facilities, common areas, rooms, and location. it matches my needs a lot. the scenery, lights, colors, and sound are so wonderful in the evening and at night. the location is also next to icon siam shopping mall, matching shopping lovers and new generations well. it's conveniently located and can travel by taking the bts or using a private pier. besides, there is also a shuttle bus service to the krung thon buri bts station, very convenient. the room is spacious and designed in open space, making it has a lot of usable space and overlooking the beautiful chao phraya river view. for me, it's perfect for living and investing.

i saw the sample room of this project on the launch day, and i'd say it's extremely luxurious. almost every detail is elegant, including the location next to the river and iconsiam, the building's exterior and interior decoration within the project and rooms. every part of the project uses only premium imported materials. that’s why the price here is slightly higher than other projects. i like all of the rooms' layouts. they are divided perfectly in each zone. every room also has a view of the chao phraya river. it is quite complete in terms of amenities. there are many 5-star hotel services and many common areas to use. if anyone has high purchasing power, it is worth buying it.
