the condo i bought is in bang khae area. it is the most convenient accommodation i've ever lived in because it's close to everything, whether tourist attractions or public transportation like bang khae mrt, which is just a few steps away. you don't have to worry about traffic jams wherever you go. it's very comfortable. and most importantly, there are plenty of delicious restaurants in the neighborhood. after i finish work, i usually stop by to grab some food at the front of the condo's alley. my life in bangkok has never been easier. apart from the excellent location, the room i'm staying in is also good because a 1-bedroom unit here is spacious and comfortable. the room size is 30 square meters. the interior is fully furnished so i rarely have to buy more stuff. and what i like the most is probably the facilities that are complete. there is a reception hall, a mailroom, a laundry room, an elevator, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. i can confidently say that this condo has everything and is very comfortable. it's very good indeed.

my family and i chose to buy a house in this project to live in. i've been here for three weeks. it is a project that is fully complete with facilities such as a security guard at the entrance, shady garden, clubhouse, swimming pool, and gym. our house is a 2-story house with 4 beds, 5 baths, and 3 parking spaces. i liked this house at first glance because it's luxurious and beautiful. the living space is large, suitable for a big family of 6 members. reasonable price. so far, i've found no problem yet. plus, it is in a convenient location, next to kanlapaphruek road, near central rama 2 and bangpakok 8 hospital. as my mom regularly goes there, the house is very responsive to our family's needs.

i bought a house here because of the excellent location. traveling is also convenient. although the house location is in the suburbs, it is very prosperous because it is close to several shopping malls, restaurants, and numerous amenities such as the mall bangkae and kanchanaphisek bridge. it's also not far from lak song bts, making it very convenient to go everywhere. i also often travel to other provinces such as nonthaburi and nakhon pathom because it doesn't take a long time. besides, the project has a complete range of facilities, including the clubhouse and a large outdoor swimming pool. the security system is regarded as excellent, giving a sense of comfort. oh!! the house in this project has been designed like a chateau, combined with the italian and contemporary thai styles, which are very beautiful. as i said, the location is good and convenient to travel, allowing me to spend time commuting to work every day without rushing. most importantly, it's close to my children's school too. i'm impressed and think it's very worthwhile to decide to buy this house.

i visited this project since it's not finished yet because i like the idea of designing a house of this project that is airy and open, allowing you to see the trees in front of the house. as well, the road at the entrance is wide. it is an ideal house for people who want to relax and have a high level of privacy. the salesman took me to visit a 3-bedroom model townhome that was very beautifully decorated. each unit is elegant and classy, and it comes with a garden to support the relaxation of the residents so that they can breathe fresh air in the morning. then i recommended my friends looking for houses in this area to see this project. everyone likes it very much and has already booked it. in addition, the transport is also convenient, whether driving by yourself or using public transportation like the mrt underground train. it takes just a short time to reach the project. also, there are various shopping malls, such as khlong lat mayom floating market, where we can relax and find something to eat during the holidays.

my husband and i went to look at the 1-bedroom mock-up of 1 bedroom of this project. i do love thai culture and thailand. i often visit thailand and decided to buy a condo in bangkok. the project location is excellent, next to the main road and close to mrt. the room interior is very luxurious and modern. there are 3 room types to choose from with different sizes. every room is provided with modern functional appliances, which is considered the project highlight and supports the residents' use. there are also numerous facilities on-site, including a swimming pool, greenery space for residents to relax. as for the health lovers, there is a fitness center available. the condo surrounding has various shopping malls such as the mall bang khae, seacon bangkae, major cineplex phetkasem, etc. as for the price, i think it's still affordable at 1 million baht. the price is considered interesting, isn't it!
