i bought a villa here as a vacation home for my family. it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. the surrounding area is spacious, with a garden and a large private pool. i like this place because of the prime location near hua hin beach, also going to hua hin town is a little closer, which makes it more convenient for supplies and shopping. the villas here are beautiful, quiet, private, and surrounded by beautiful flowers and tall palm trees. it makes me feel fresh and comfortable with natural nature. for those looking for a relaxing vacation home surrounded by complete amenities, i would recommend this place. i would say that you won't be disappointed for sure.

this villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. i can tell you the villa is in excellent condition because it was just completed last year. it is decorated in a contemporary style, ideally divided into proportions, and has a high ceiling, making the villa airy and feels very comfortable. there is a swimming pool in front of the villa and a rooftop area that can arrange the party. it is very suitable for people who enjoy socializing with friends or living as a family. in addition, the villa is in a convenient location, close to hua hin zoo, 7-eleven, night market, and hua hin shopping mall. i like it a lot. i plan to buy it to rent out or live in it as i think i can make a profit if i resale it in the future.

i had a chance to inspect this project. i think this project is worthwhile for anyone looking for a vacation home in hua hin or buying it as a rental property. this villa project ranges from 2-3 bedrooms with spacious living space. there is a private car park and a large long swimming pool. the villa has an elegant modern design with a white tone. the atmosphere is so quiet, and the project entrance is decorated with a lovely green garden and beautiful flowers. the road is very clean. i love it so much! there are also security guards 24 hours too. moreover, you can walk to 7-eleven, restaurants and easily access famous attractions such as vana nava jungle water park, khao hin lek fai, and hua hin beach. it is perfect.

the project's location is not far from hua hin beach. the weather and surroundings are peaceful and cool all day, and you can enjoy the mountain view around the project. the traffic is not congested, quite comfortable for traveling. though there are no facilities, there is a security guard for safety. i have visited the villa, and it's a wow for me. modern design, 2-3 bedrooms, spacious area, quality construction materials. i like the built-in kitchen where i can cook comfortably. the swimming pool is a good size. the price is not expensive, suitable for long-term living and vacation.

my family and i spent a vacation at this villa. this location appeals to me because of the pleasant atmosphere. besides, it also gives a feeling of safety and relaxation. there is a security guard who takes care of us 24 hours a day. the house is well designed, spacious, and beautifully decorated with quality furniture. in addition, the private pool in the villa has a good size. the project is not far from hua hin beach, hua hin night market, convenience stores, and the main road. it's a good project, in my opinion. if you have the chance to stay here, i promise you will not be disappointed.

i want to have a vacation home in hua hin because it's just a few hours driving from bkk. i've been looking for many places, but i didn't find what i wanted until i visited this house. it's a made-to-order project, so i can get what i want exactly. i can choose both the plot size and the house's design. also, i can ask the architect team to customize the place for me. they are very professional and talented. the house model that we chose was able. it is a two-story house which is spacious. i really like the décor style and the pastel colors, which give minimal and stylish looks. i've slightly changed the house's layout, which comes out exactly what i want to see. now we just got a final house plan. it's still under construction but can't wait to see it. i'm so glad about it. the location is in the prime area, close to many tourist attractions such as the floating market, hua hin night market, and black mountain golf club. besides, the project has only 7 houses, making it private. if you want to own this house. you have to hurry!
