the building is located at the highest point in pattaya on the pratumnak mountain, so it has the best view in pattaya from the 20th floor, where there is a swimming pool and a gym. also a very convenient location between the center of pattaya and jomtien.

my family has lived here for 6 years now. the staff at amorn village have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. every house has a different interior layout, for our own, we have 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. it is pretty spacious with parking and a private swimming pool, most units have a small plot of land around the house. the community is pet friendly and is located in a very quiet neighborhood. it is located somewhat outside of most areas, so a form of transportation is advised.

pure luxury - fascinating complex for living right on the beach

when viewing the property, i was actually enormously surprised by the quality, the luxury and the interior with fantastic views of the sea and the city. 3 spectacular pools on different floors, super friendly staff, the free use of all the facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym and the beach area on the ground floor fascinate me. this is living as you dream of it. personally, i have never seen anything more beautiful - a big compliment to the builders and planners - excellent!!!!

i am staying here since 8 years. great sea views. proximity to the beach. only 100m walk. nice clean facilities. 2 big swimming pools. and very diligent 24/7 security. for me the best place to live in jomtien.
