In July 2003, Sai Taan began its first development with the purchase of some 8 rai of land, with a view to building 9 garden villas in a convenient location close to the main entrance of the Laguna 5 star resort complex.
Now in our eighth year of operation, Sai Taan Villas has been very well received and is recognized as one of the best selling developments on the island.

The developers all live in Phuket, in the vicinity of Sai Taan.
